Horton Hears a Who!

My son’s 1^st grade class celebrated Dr. Seuss’ birthday last week.  His teacher requested Horton Hears a Who! cookies.

My niece shares her birthday with Dr. Seuss!  I asked her what kind of cookies she wanted and she requested "Cat in the Hat" cookies!  I went a little crazy!

I also made some "Thing 1" and "Thing 2" cookies...they turned out to be my favorite cookies!

I made over 100 "Cat in the Hat" hats for some kindergarten celebrations.

I have wanted to make green eggs and ham cookies for a long time.  Sugarbelle made these last year and put them on cupcakes.  See them here.
