Happy Birthday Dr. Seuss! {2012}

My niece shares her birthday with Dr. Seuss!  I asked her what kind of cookies she wanted and she requested "Cat in the Hat" cookies!  I went a little crazy!

I also made some "Thing 1" and "Thing 2" cookies...they turned out to be my favorite cookies!

Look at those faces!!

I made over 100 "Cat in the Hat" hats for some kindergarten celebrations.

I have wanted to make green eggs and ham cookies for a long time.  Sugarbelle made these last year and put them on cupcakes.  See them here.

Happy Spring!

It's Spring Break here and it's rained everyday so far!  I won't complain too much because we need the moisture!  I was able to get some new cookies done while the boys played inside!  I'm not sure which one I like the best...I'm so happy with the way they all turned out!  Let me know which you like best!

Lighthouses and Kites

I made these cookies for my Father-in-Law.
He lives in Washington and love lighthouses and flying kites.  These were inspired by clipart.

Wyoming cookies for Julie!

My friend Julie moved home to Wyoming last month.
I made her a few cookies for her before she left.

When I think of Wyoming I think of buffalo.

I don't think of the Triceratops.  It's the official state dinosaur.

I also think of the Wyoming cowboy!

Happy 1st Birthday William!!

Happy 1st birthday to William!  Mickey face and One cookie with Disney font!

Camping Cake for Ty

This is one of my favorite cakes I've done.  It was for Ty's 7th birthday!  He was having a camping theme sleepover.

The Polar Express

Many of you know that I have a train crazy son.  He's 3.5 now.  He LOVES trains!  We all love the movie The Polar Express so I made these cookies for him Christmas 2011.  Sorry that it took me to mid March 2012 to post them!

Here is our bell hanging from my mom's Christmas tree!

I also made some sweet mini trians.  My friend Marchel gave me this little cookie cutter set in 2008.
I love them!!

Where's the snow??

It's January 26, 2012 and my boys and I are heading to the zoo!  We haven't had {hardly} any snow this winter.  Usually by this time we've had some even if it's just a dusting!  My boys are begging for snow and the high today is 55 degrees.  I'm sure we'll get some but in the mean time here are the snowy cookies I did at Christmas time.
I did lots of snowglobes! Inspired by many other snowglobes out there! I got this cutter from www.coppergifts.com.

Here's another way I used the snowglobe cutter...Frosty is all dressed up ready for a night on the town!

Here are some snowmen ornaments.

And last but not least Frosty with his hat!

As much as I really don't like walking and driving in the snow I do hope we get some for my boys!!  (and for the farmers)
