I surprised my friend Julie with this cookie. She ordered the car cookies below and was heading back home to Wyoming for a visit. She wears something with the University of Wyoming's logo on it all the time...so I thought I'd make a cookie for her road trip! She was surprised and I was happy to surprise her with it!
